..........
After escaping from 1/31st Inf (M), I was an instructor on North Korean People's Army (NKPA) weapons and tactics. Demonstrations of Soviet Bloc smallarms were also an opportunity to fire my personal weapons.
On one occasion, we put on a live fire demonstration for HHC USAGY (Headquarters and Headquarters Company, U.S. Army Garrison, Yongsan). Coincidentally, the Canadian Army in Seoul had drawn a considerable amount of .45acp ammo which they did not fully expend during a range exercise. It somehow made its way to Camp Casey and our live fire demo. Since Brigadier Doright was buying, we took the opportunity to get in some pistol practice. Note my friend's H&K P9S-45 and the ejected case, indicated by the arrow.
